At The Wear Styles, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and our process.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (jewellery, belts, etc.)
- Undergarments, swimwear, or intimate apparel
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@thewearstyles.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@thewearstyles.com before returning the product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@thewearstyles.com.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in your return confirmation email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless it was defective or incorrect).
